Cancellation & refund policy
- Passengers: you can cancel a booking from the booking page. If you've already paid and the trip hasn't been completed, your payment is refunded to your original payment method.
- Drivers: if you cancel a trip with confirmed bookings, those passengers are automatically refunded. Please cancel as early as possible out of respect for riders.
- A small service fee supports running the platform and may be non-refundable on completed trips.
- No-shows: if the driver or a passenger doesn't show up, message them first, then use "Report a problem" on the booking page. A confirmed no-show is refunded to the passenger, and repeated no-shows can lead to suspension.
- Other disputes: message the other party in-app first. If you can't resolve it, contact support and our team will review it.
